Few people thought the Cleveland Browns had any chance of winning more than a few games this year, and that seems to be the case after an 0-4 start. Michael Nuttle (@MPN_21) joins Mark Schofield on the October 5 Quick Kicks Podcast to discuss the Cleveland Browns’ season so far and look forward to next week’s game with the Patriots. Much like the Patriots, the Browns had to start a rookie, third-string quarterback last week and couldn’t earn a win, which would be their first under first-year head coach Hue Jackson. Other topics include:
- Whether wins should matter for the Browns or if this season is all about growth (2:27)
- How has Cody Kessler looked after being pressed into action as a rookie quarterback (3:48)
- The play of Terrelle Pryor and how he transitioned to wide receiver (6:56)
- The Browns defense and whether the numbers are more of a result of who they’ve played (10:21)
- Browns-Patriots in Week 5 and whether Brady takes his revenge on the Browns (14:40)
