A native of south eastern Massachusetts, Daniel Nestor's love of football originated in the 1980s, watching Steve Grogan take naked bootlegs to the end zone. His own football career having failed to develop, he did the next best thing and became an astrophysicist. This calling took him around the world to use the great observatories and lecture on galaxy evolution, while inspiring his fascination with extracting understanding from data. He currently freelances out of Dover, DE, for some reason.
