To remedy this, Inside the Pylon is dedicated to providing comprehensive play-by-play data for all special teams plays during the 2016 NFL season. The tables below show data from every field goal, extra point, punt, and kickoff from the 2016 season. This data is available for anyone to use free of charge, and we hope that it will aid in producing additional research on special teams and their effectiveness over the course of the 2016 season. Results will be updated by the Wednesday after a week’s games have concluded.
